My Practice
Communication is very important to me in the practice of optometry. I listen very carefully to each patient and explain everything to them in a way that is easily understandable. My patients' happieness and well being is of the utmost importance to me.

My Education
I earned my undergraduate at the University Of Wisconsin - Madison. I then studied at Indiana university where I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree where I graduated with Honors. I have been recognized with awards for contact lens fitting an academics. I am a member of the AOA (American Optometric Association), as well as the Wisconsin Optemetric Association, for which I serve as a committee member.

My Interests
In my practice I like to work with patiente of all ages. I am interested in all aspects of optometry. Including eye diseases, children's vision problems, with an emphasis on contact lens fitting. It is very important to me to stay up to date on the latest research and technology regarding eye health issues, contact lens technology and refractive surgery. I spend my spare time with my husband and our two dogs. We enjoy skiing,gardening and travel.

In addition to using the latest diagnostic and treatmnt options for patients, I encourage them to take an active role in their eye care, and emphasize the importance of thorough eye examinations. Discussion of patient concerns and questions are encouraged.

My Education

I am certified in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents.

My primary clinical interest is in fitting and problem solving contact lenses. A secondary interest is in pediatrics.
